Do you have a Monday calendar start option or a Sunday week start option?
We don't include them on our site, but you can purchase any insert as is and email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and request the change and a new file will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the file.
How do I access previous orders?
The only way to access previous orders is through your email confirmation orders. If you don't happen to have them, you can log into your account and find the order number you want and email email@example.com to have the confirmation resent where the download links will be.
Do you sell printed versions of your inserts?
At the moment, we do not sell printed inserts. There are authorized people within our Facebook group that help you print our inserts with their own designated costs.
Can I print the file more than once? Can I take it to a store to print?
Please refer to our shop policy page on personal use of your file. Files CAN be taken to an office supply store to print, but please refer to print instructions when giving the file to staff members to print.
