* Inside the fold over is an additional week view with a slight divide down each day so that you can track the various other items throughout the week. Ideas could be meals, workouts, sleep schedule, etc. 2 check lists are also included to fill out how you see fit.
* Behind each fold over is a plain grid.
* Divided into 4 quarters over 4 separate PDF files.

The pages are formatted to print double sided/duplex printing. Print all odd pages first, flip and print even pages behind odd pages. Fold pages with odd pages as the outside cover.
