Insert contains:
* 2 blank covers
* 2 pages of each cover design background of a 2 column list, 1 column list or dot grid notes pages
* To PRINT: Page 1-2 are covers. Page 3-4, Page 5-6, Page 7-8, Page 9-10, Page 11-12, Page 13-14 are all varying designs to match each of the blank covers.
* For Micro HP Size, 4 pages are printed on each letter sized page! If printing on A4 paper, print actual size as well. PRINT PAGES FLIP ON LONG EDGE.

* Printing: Use "actual size" setting on your printer and make sure to download file to your computer. Make sure to NOT fit to page when printing or the size will not be correct. The pages are formatted to print double sided/duplex printing. Print all odd pages first, flip and print even pages behind odd pages. Fold pages with odd pages as the outside cover.
