* Undated daily insert that includes: A 1 page perpetual calendar, 1 page double list, followed by 5 weeks of daily structured daily layouts with a notes page AFTER every week.
* To print for a 4 week month, print pages 1-18. To print for a 5 week month, print the full insert pages 1-22.
* To print 1 week (for RING INSERTS ONLY), print your cover (page 1) and print a page containing a notes page behind the cover (page 10). Then print pages 5-6 front and back TWICE. Cut and punch your insert and remove ONE single page to make it a full week of 7 daily pages.

* Printing: Use "actual size" setting on your printer and make sure to download file to your computer. Make sure to NOT fit to page when printing or the size will not be correct. The pages are formatted to print double sided/duplex printing. Print all odd pages first, flip and print even pages behind odd pages. Fold pages with odd pages as the outside cover.
